Analýza mitragyninu v biologickém materiálu pomocí chromatografických metod

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Analýza mitragyninu v biologickém materiálu pomocí chromatografických metod“ se zabývá vývojem specifické metodiky pro analýzu biologického materiálu pacientů, u nichž máme podezření na užití preparátů z listů rostliny Mitragyna speciosa, častěji známé pod názvem kratom. Vzhledem k snadné dostupnosti a legalitě této drogy na našem území v současné době vysoce roste její spotřeba obzvláště mezi mladými lidmi, a stále častěji se spekuluje o zařazení kratomu na seznam nelegálních drog. Cílem této práce je přiblížení problematiky této rostliny, rizik spojenými s jejím užíváním, a zaměření se na postup stanovení hlavních alkaloidů pomocí chromatografických metod a následnou aplikaci v laboratorní praxi.This bachelor thesis entitled „Analysis of mitragynine in biological material by chromatographic methods" deals with the development of a specific methodology for the analysis of biological material of patients suspected of using leaf preparations of Mitragyna speciosa, more commonly known as kratom. Due to the easy availability and legality of this drug in our territory, its consumption is currently increasing, especially among young people, and the question of listing kratom as an illegal drug is increasingly being addressed. The aim of this study is to present the issue of this plant and the risks associated with its abuse and focus on the procedure for the analysis of the main alkaloids by chromatographic methods and their subsequent application in laboratory practice.
