Optimalizace logistické firmy

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je navržení optimalizace obchodního modelu logistických firem osobní letecké dopravy. Je zde charakterizováno podnikání logistických firem v osobní letecké dopravě, obchodní modely používané těmito společnostmi a provedena jejich SWOT analýza. Dále je popsána současná situace na trhu, její vliv na firmy zabývající se osobní leteckou dopravou a navržen nový hybridní obchodní model, který bude optimalizovat a rozvíjet letecký podnik. Na závěr jsou popsány dopady a možná rizika nabízené optimalizace.The subject of the bachelor thesis is to propose the optimization of the business model of logistics companies of passenger air transport. It describes the characteristics of the business of logistics companies in passenger air transport, business models used by these companies and their SWOT analysis. It also describes the current market situation, its impact on companies engaged in passenger air transport and proposed a new hybrid business model that will optimize and develop the airline. Finally, the impacts and possible risks of the offered optimization are described.
