Rodinný dům

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je zpracování studie rodinného domu, navrženého tak, aby splňoval požadavky pro bydlení čtyřčlené rodiny se dvěma dětmi. Parcela je situována do chráněné krajinné oblasti Křivoklátsko na kraj obce Sýkořice. Hlavním specifikem parcely je terén mírně svažitý jižním směrem s výhledem na centrum obce. V kompozici domu se odráží reakce na terén a návrh vnitřního uspořádání. Na pozemku jsou dva spojené objekty, rodinný dům a garáž. Dům byl navržen s ohledem na požadavky energeticky pasivního standardu. Fasáda rodinného domu je tvořena z přírodních materiálů dřevěného obkladu, střecha je tradičně sedlová s krytinou z keramických pálených tašek. Hlavní myšlenkou práce je skloubení vesnického ideálu s městským způsobem bydlení.The theme of this thesis is processing a study of a family house, designed to meet the requirements for accomodating a family consiting of two adults and two children. The parcel is situated in a protected landscape area Křivoklátsko on the outskirts of the village of Sýkořice. Main specification of the parcel is a mildly sloping terrain on southern side of the parcel and a view on the village center. The house composition reflects the terrain and interior arrangement. The site contains two connected objects, family house and a garage. The house was designed based on the passive standard. The facade of the family house is made of natural materials of wooden cladding and the roof is traditionally saddle-roofed with ceramic tiles. Main idea of the thesis is a combination of a village ideal and an urban way of living.
