Revitalizace zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou

Abstract

Projekt revitalizace zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou se nachází v samotném historickém centru městečka a pojednává o novostavbě městské knihovny, která je navržena na místo stávající nevyužíváné hasičárny mezi pozdně barokní zámek a budovu Základní umělecké školy. Návrh zapadá do předdiplomního konceptu snahy o zklidnění narušující dopravy a propojení dnes urbanisticky roztříštěných částí - historického centra s přilehlým parkem a sídliště Blanice. Objekt knihovny je koncipován tak, aby respektoval charakter historického území, ale zárověň dodal kapku atraktivnosti svým architektonickým výrazem. Součástí je také návrh nádvoří, který svým konceptem vytváří prostor podbízející k posezení a trávení volného času. V zámku je navrženo několik stavebních úprav včetně přesunutí městské knihovny do novostavby, což umožní dát budově řád a vzniku zámecké kavárničky a volnočasového centra. V návrhu je také zpřístupněno doposud nevyužívané podkroví zámku s terasou nabízející výhled do širokého okolí.The revitalization project of the Tyn nad Vltavou chateau complex is located in the historical center of the town and deals with the new construction of the town library, which is designed to replace the existing unused fire station between the late baroque chateau and the Elementary Art School building. The design fits into the pre-diploma concept of calming disturbing traffic and connect today's urbanistically divided parts of the historic center with the adjacent park and housing estate Blanice. The library building is designed to respect the character of the historic area, but at the same time to add a drop of attractiveness with its architectural expression. It also includes the design of the courtyard - its concept creates a space that encourages people to spending their free time there. Several building changes have been designed in the chateau, including the relocation of the town library to a new building, which will enable the building to be organized and the chateau coffee room and leisure center to be established. The design also provides access to the unused attic of the chateau with a terrace offering a view of the surrounding area.
