Abstract

Zadaným tématem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro manželský pár s dvěma dětmi. Součástí zadání bylo též vyhotovení vybraných částí z dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Pozemek pro výstavbu RD se nachází ve městě Praha 6 - Šárecké údolí, ul. Pokojná v lokalitě se zástavbou různorodých rodinných domů městského charakteru, s různými formy a datem výstavby. Hlavní idea domu je inspirována moderními minimalistickými domy s lehce čitelným tvarem a úrovňovou terasou reagující na změny terénu. Objekt je umístěn na svažité parcele v její horní části a většina prostoru zahrady se otevírá na jih a východní část s hezkým výhledem na kostel sv. Matěje. Objekt lze rozdělit do 5 provozních celků tzn. společenská část, část pro hosté/jiného člena rodiny(senior), fitness v 1NP, soukromá část v 2NP a malá pracovna. Dvoupodlažní objekt, který je z části podsklepený je tvořen pórobetonovými tvárnicí a železobetonovými stropními deskami. Dům je omítán betonovou stěrkou, velice výraznými fasádními prvky jsou dřevěné lamely v lodžiích, které vytváří pocit pohodlí a oživí fasádu.The theme of my bachelor work is the elaboration of an architectural study family house for married couple with two children. Part of the assignment is elaboration of selected parts from the documentation for building construction. The layout of this family house set in the town Prague 6 - Šárecké údolí, st. Pokojná. The house is situated in a residential area with various family houses of different shapes and dates of construction. The main idea of the house is inspired by modern minimalistic houses with easily readable shapes and a multi-layered terrace that responds to the sloping terrain. The house is situated on a sloping terrain in its upper part and most of the space of the garden opens to the south and easter part that looks directly at the beautiful landscape with a view of the St. Matthew church. The house can be divided into 5 units – common space, guest/older generation space and fitness on the first floor, private living space on the second floor and a studio. The building has two floors is partly a basement. The construction consists of aerated concrete fittings as walls and reinforced concrete floor slabs. The house is lined with concrete trowel and wooden louvres are used on lodges as a significant element that are breaks the monotone façade and give the house a sense of comfort.
