Hasičská zbrojnice Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je projekt nové hasičské zbrojnice ve městě Mladá Boleslav. Stanice je součástí nové urbanistické vize centra města - vize třetího tisíciletí. Tato urbanistická vize řešeného území byla navržena v předdiplomním projektu v zimním semestru 2017 / 2018 V práci navrhuji funkční moderní stavbu splňující veškeré požadavky na specifický provoz hasičské stanice. Budova je architektonicky hodnotná a atraktivní. Zároveň je energeticky efektivní díky využití zdrojů energie z elektrárny a teplárny, která je součástí továrny Škoda Auto. Kvalitní tepelně technické vlastnosti zajišťuje kombinace lehkého obvodového plášťe od firmy Schuco, fasádní systém Prefalxz od firmy PREFA, železobetonový sedvičový systém a systémová řešení konstrukčních skladeb od firmy DEK. Areál se skládá z pěti objektů, kde každý z objektu má jinou přidružnou funkci a podle ní i jinak barevně a materiálově řesenou fasádu a cvičné veže, která vyčnívá z vnitrobloku areálu.

The subject of my thesis project is the design a new fire station in the city of Mladá Boleslav. The station is part of the new urban vision of the city center - the vision of the third millennium. This urbanistic vision of the area was designed in the pre-diploma project in the winter semester 2017/2018 In the project I propose a functional modern building meeting all the requirements for the specific operation of the fire station. The building is architecturally valuable and attractive. At the same time, it is energy efficient thanks to the use of power from the power plant and the heat plant, which is part of the Škoda Auto factory. High-quality thermal properties are provided by the combination of a lightweight perimeter shell from Schuco, the Prefalxz facade system from PREFA, a reinforced concrete system and DEK's system design solutions. The complex consists of five buildings, each of which has another associated function, and according to the function it is there are used different colors and materials and a training tower that protrudes from the courtyard.
