Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkazu výměr pomocí metodiky BIM. V dnešní době je používán především tradiční ruční výkaz výměr. Na druhé straně existují BIM nástroje pro vytvoření výkazu. Jsou tyto moderní výkazy ale správné? Na tuto otázku se snaží práce najít odpověď. Za tímto účelem byl vytvořen tradiční ruční výkaz a výkaz pomocí metodiky pro bytový dům. Tyto výkazy byly vzájemně porovnány a stanoveny příčiny odchylek. Výsledky slouží k nalezení řešení kladené otázky.
This master's thesis is concerned with the issue of making quantity take-offs via BIM methods. Nowadays the traditional method is prevalent but there are BIM tools for creating quantity take-offs. Are these modern take-offs correct? That is the question this thesis tries to answer. For this purpose both traditional quantity take-off as well as one using the new method were made for an apartment building. The take-offs were then compared and deviation causes were determined. The results are used to answer the given question.
