Návrh kontroly výrobků s otvory

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou kontroly výrobků s otvory vypálenými na CNC laserovém centru. Rozborem a porovnáním jednotlivých metod včetně výběru nejvhodnější. Vybraná metoda je podrobněji popsána a je navrženo konstrukční řešení dle požadavků zadavatelské firmy včetně CAD modelu. Dále je v práci popsáno navržené softwarové rozhraní a způsob editace jeho programu. Na základě praktických zkoušek je v závěru zhodnocena funkčnost této metody.This bachelor thesis familiarizes the reader with the problem of inspection of tube products with holes made by CNC laser. The author focused mainly on analysis and comparison of different methods, including the selection of the best one. The selected method is described further into detail and a specific constructional solution is designed on the basis of requirements of the contracting company, including a CAD model. The thesis also includes a description of the devised user interface of the inspection software and possible ways of editing it. The functionality of the control method is then also evaluated based on practical tests.
