Úroveň ochrany zdravotnického personálu urgentního příjmu před napadením

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na připravenost zdravotnického personálu urgentního příjmu před fyzickým či verbálním napadením. Cílem práce je zjistit četnost a faktory napadení na urgentních příjmech a zmapovat, jestli personál ví, jak bezpečné postupovat v případě napadení. V teoretické části je popsán urgentní příjem, jeho struktura, personální obsazení, a také proces příjmu a třídění pacientů. Tato část se dále zaměřuje na rizika pro zdravotnický personál, zejména na násilí ve zdravotnictví a možnost napadení. Následně jsou zde vysvětleny principy prevence a ochrany před napadením, a to hlavně komunikace, sebeobrana a použití omezovacích prostředků. Také jsou zde zmíněny výsledky různých výzkumů, které se týkají těchto témat. Praktická část je zpracovaná formou dotazníků složeného z 26 otázek. Otázky byly zaměřeny na četnost, faktory napadení a zda jsou poskytovány preventivní opatření proti napadení pro personál. Výsledky šetření byly prezentovány v textové, tabulkové a grafické formě.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparedness of emergency medical personnel against physical or verbal assault. The aim of the thesis is to determine the frequency and factors of assaults in emergency admissions and to map whether staff know how to safely deal with an assault. The theoretical part describes the emergency reception, its structure, staffing, and the process of receiving and triaging patients. This section also focuses on the risks for healthcare staff, in particular violence in healthcare and the possibility of assault. The principles of prevention and protection from assault are then explained, especially communication, self-defence and the use of restraints. The results of various research studies on these topics are also mentioned. The practical part is developed in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 26 questions. The questions focused on the frequency, factors of assault and whether assault prevention measures are provided for staff. The results of the survey were presented in textual, tabular and graphical form.
