Fyzioterapie u žen s dysmenoreou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je dysmenorea a její terapie pomocí dvou fyzioterapeutických přístupů. Cílem práce je porovnání účinnosti těchto vybraných metod. V kapitole současný stav je stručně uvedena anatomie pánve, fyziologie a patologie menstruačního cyklu spolu s poruchami pohybového aparátu související s dysmenoreou. Kapitola metodika obsahuje použité vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody. Speciální část popisuje deset kineziologických rozborů rozdělených do dvou skupin podle aplikované metody. Na základě vstupních vyšetření byl sestaven návrh fyzioterapeutického postupu. Dále je popsán průběh rehabilitace a příklady konkrétních cvičebních jednotek. V kapitole výsledky jsou předloženy výstupní kineziologické rozbory a zhodnocení úspěšnosti terapie – terapie byla úspěšná u obou metod, ale výsledky u metody podle Ludmily Mojžíšové byly lepší. Diskuze zhodnocuje efekt terapie na základě dosažených výsledků. Jsou zde porovnávány využité metody vzájemně a výsledky jsou konfrontovány s výsledky jiných autorů. Závěr shrnuje vytyčené cíle práce a jejich splnění.

The subject of this thesis is dysmenorrhea and its therapy with two physiotherapeutical approaches. The goal of the thesis is the comparison of these two chosen physiotherapeutical methods. The chapter the current state briefly states the anatomy of pelvis, physiology and pathology of menstrual cycle together with musculoskeletal disorders related to dysmenorrhea. The chapter methodology contains used examination and therapeutical methods. The special part describes ten kinesiological analysis divided into two groups by methods applied onto them. Physiotherapeutical procedure was proposed based on the initial examination. Moreover, the thesis describes the process of rehabilitation and examples of specific exercise units. The chapter Results presents outputs of the kinesiological analysis and the evaluation of the process of therapy – both methods were successful, but the method of Ludmila Mojžíšová brought better results. The discussion evaluates the effect of therapy based on the achieved results. The two used methods are compared to each other and the results are confronted with the results of the other authors. The conclusion summaries the goals that were set in the thesis and that they were confirmed.
