Děrovačka a čtečka děrných pásků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá oživením historických zařízení čtečky děrných pásek FS1501 a děrovačky DT105S a jejich integrací s moderním počítačem. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout a realizovat bezpečné propojení těchto zařízení s moderní elektronikou při zachování jejich původní funkčnosti pomocí vhodného řídicího systému.

Teoretická část práce popisuje princip činnosti děrných médií, vlastnosti použitých zařízení a možnosti jejich bezpečné integrace.

V praktické části je navržen systém založený na vývojové desce Arduino Mega, která zajišťuje převod logických úrovní, ochranu vstupně-výstupních portů a komunikaci s počítačem prostřednictvím rozhraní USB.

Výsledkem práce je funkční návrh propojení, který umožňuje spolehlivé ovládání historických zařízení z moderního počítače a dokládá možnosti jejich využití v současné technické praxi. Součástí řešení je technické schéma zapojení a uživatelská dokumentace, které umožňují reprodukci a další rozvoj navrženého systému.This thesis focuses on the restoration and integration of two historical devices the FS1501 paper tape reader and the DT105S paper tape punch with a modern computer. The primary goal is to design and implement a safe interface between these devices and modern electronics while preserving their original functionality via a custom control system.

The theoretical section describes the operating principles of punched media, the specifications of the devices used, and the key requirements for their safe integration.

The practical part presents a system based on the Arduino Mega development board. This system ensures logic level conversion, provides input/output port protection, and facilitates communication with the computer via a USB interface.

The result is a functional interface design that enables reliable control of the historical devices from a modern computer and demonstrates their potential for contemporary technical applications. The solution includes technical wiring diagrams and user documentation that allow its reproduction and further development.
