Abstract
Projekt se zabývá novostavbou Hospice v prázdném vnitrobloku v historickém jádru města Cheb. Cílem je doplnit chybějící strukturu uvnitř městského bloku, jež zůstal nevyužit po asanaci z šedesátých let a nalézt vhodné funkční a prostorové řešení pro hospicové zařízení a současně vytvořit prostředí pro důstojné prožití posledních dní klientů s odpovídajícím zázemím pro rodinu, personál a návštěvníky. Návrh budovy vychází hmotově z kontextu místa a snaží se o soudobou a nekonfliktní intervenci ve středu historického města.
The topic of this thesis is a new Hospice building, situated in the inner part of urban block in the historical center of city Cheb. The aim is to increase urban density and reinsert new volume within a space, which has been vacant after 60s sanitation. To find a suitable functional and spatial solution for the hospice facility in order to create optimal conditions for patients, relatives and the employees. The building design represent contemporary intervention with respect to the spatial context of the historic city.
