Návrh zlepšení agilní transformace firmy v oblasti softwarového vývoje

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je transformace z vodopádového způsobu řízení projektů na agilní přístupy, orientované na produkt. První část práce pojednává o agilitě samotné a dává ji do kontextu jednotlivých agilních rámců. Také obsahuje základní teorie agilní transformace a popisuje dvě případové studie nadnárodních společností. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza přístupu k agilní transformaci v digitální divizi velké konglomerátní technologické společnosti. V rámci výzkumu byla provedena analýza průběhu a přínosů za dobu 1,5 roku trvání transformace. Byly identifikovány oblasti, na něž by se společnost měla zaměřit a následně byla definována doporučení, kterými by se společnost měla řídit.The topic of this diploma thesis is transformation from a waterfall method of project management to agile, product-oriented approaches. The first part of the thesis de-scribes agility itself and puts it in the context of individual agile frameworks. It also contains basic theories of agile transformation and includes two case studies of multinational companies. In the second part of the thesis, an analysis of the approach to agile transformation in a digital division of a large conglomerate technology company is performed. As part of the research, an analysis of the process and benefits over a period of 1.5 years of the transformation was performed. Areas on which the company should focus were identified and subsequently recommendations were defined which the company could follow.
