Vliv přestavby bytového domu na komunitní dům pro seniory a hendikepované občany na výslednou cenu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání výsledných nákladů z pohledu investora dvou variant výstavby – bytového domu, a domu pro seniory a hendikepované občany ve městě Plesná. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a ukázány statistiky, které se týkají problematiky hendikepovaných občanů a jejich bydlení, spolu s definicí pojmu sociální služba. Detailně je popsaná Vyhláška č. 398/2009 Sb., o obecných technických požadavcích zabezpečujících bezbariérové užívání staveb. Návrh domu pro seniory a hendikepované občany je představen v praktické části. Pro obě varianty je vytvořený položkový rozpočet a oba rozpočty jsou porovnány. Na závěr je diskutováno a formulováno doporučení pro investora.The subject of the bachelor's thesis compares the resulting costs from the investor's point of view of two construction variants - an apartment building and a house for senior citizens and disabled citizens in the city of Plesná. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms are explained and statistics are shown, which relate to the issue of disabled citizens and their housing, together with the definition of the term social service. Decree No. 398/2009 Coll., on general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings, is described in detail. The design of a house for senior citizens and disabled citizens is presented in the practical part. An itemized budget is created for both variants and both budgets are compared. At the end, recommendations for investors are discussed and formulated.
