Abstract

Navrhovaný objekt se nachází na Praze 2 - Nové Město v blízkosti pražské náplavky a Vyšehradu. Koncept stavby se snaží využít možnosti výhledu na tuto architektonickou dominantu a je tak orientován obytnými místnostmi a střešní terasou směrem na jih k památce. Pozemek, na němž se objekt nachází, je trojúhelníková rovinatá proluka mezi dvěma pražskými bytovými domy rozdílných výškových úrovní. Koncept moderního domu pro rodinné bydlení se snaží zapadnout mezi historizující fasádu a rozdílné úrovně střech atypickým lichoběžníkovým tvarem uliční fasády. Okenní otvory ve fasádě jsou pojaty jednoduše a čistě, přičemž dotvarování fasády je dovršeno profilací z minerálního granulátu. Vzhledem k malé půdorysné ploše parcely a limitované orientaci ke světovým stranám a zároveň snaze dosáhnout jedinečného výhledn na Vyšehrad má dům pět nadzemních podlaží se střešní terasou. Srdcem domu je obývací pokoj s kuchyní a jídelnou v 2.NP, v následujících patrech se nacházejí dva dětské pokoje a ložnice. Střecha je tvořena terasou a místností pro volnočasové aktivity členů rodiny.The proposed building is located in Prague 2 - Nové Město near the Prague boardwalks and Vyšehrad Castle. The concept of the building attempts to take an advantage of the view on this architectural dominant and is thus oriented by its living areas and the roof terrace facing south to the monument. The land on which the object is located is a triangular flat loop between two Prague apartment blocks of different height levels. The concept of a modern house for family living tries to fit between the historic facade and the different roof levels of an atypical trapezoidal shape of the street facade. Window openings in the façade are conceived simply and distinclty, while the cladding of the facade is completed by profiling from the mineral granulate. Due to the small ground plan of the parcel and the limited orientation towards the cardinal directions, while trying to reach the unique view of Vysehrad Castle, the house has five floors including a roof terrace. The heart of the house is being a living room with a kitchen and a dining room on the 2nd floor below two children's bedrooms and bedrooms on the separated floors. The roof is made up of a terrace and a room for leisure activities of family members.
