Provozní analýza fúze zákaznických center leteckých společností TVS a ČSA

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá provozní analýzou fúze zákaznických center leteckých společností Travel Service a České aerolinie. Konkrétně analyzuje současný stav obou oddělení a na základě těchto analýz navrhuje možné varianty fúze. Součástí práce je rovněž zjištění překážek stojící v cestě k efektivnímu provedení fúze. Kromě identifikace těchto překážek jsou v práci navrženy kroky vedoucí k jejich odstranění či k jejich změně takovým způsobem, aby fúzi nebránily.The diploma thesis is concerned with the operational analysis of the merger of Airline Customer Care Departments of Travel Service and Czech Airlines. Specifically, it analyzes the current states of both departments. Based on the analysis, there are several possible options for the merger suggested. The thesis also detects obstacles standing in the way of an effective realisation of the merger. Besides finding these barriers a suggestion of the steps leading to their elimination or their alternation is made in order not to obstruct the merger.
