Nákladová a klinická efektivita biologické léčby revmatoidní artritidy v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou biologické léčby revmatoidní artritidy v České republice z důvodu aktuálnosti tématu a jeho diskutovanosti. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat nákladovou a klinickou efektivitu biologické a konzervativní léčby revmatoidní artritidy. Ke splnění cíle bylo potřeba poskytnout teoretické poznatky o dané problematice, zanalyzovat náklady plynoucí z užívání obou léčeb a stanovit metody a postupy, sloužící jako podklad pro vypracování zadané práce. Součástí práce je senzitivní analýza, pomocí které byly výsledky práce interpretovány. Diskuze porovnává výsledky terapie obou léčeb jak z klinického, tak nákladového hlediska. Dále hodnotí účinnost biologické léčby a uvádí rozdíly a jejich příčiny mezi výsledky práce v porovnání s dostupnými literárními zdroji (se současným stavem problematiky).This master thesis deals with the issue of biological treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the Czech Republic due to the topic topicality and its discussion. The main aim of this thesis is to compare the rheumatoid arthritis the cost and clinical effectiveness for biological and conservative treatment options. To achieve the goal, it was necessary to provide the theoretical knowledge of the problem, to analyze the costs of using both treatments and to define the methods and processes used as the basis for the elaboration of the assigned thesis. Part of the thesis is a sensitive analysis, through which the results of the work were interpreted. Discussion compares the results of therapy for both treatments, both from the clinical and cost aspect. It evaluates the effectiveness of biological treatment and shows the difference in the results of the thesis compared to the available literary sources (with the current state of the art).
