Naprašování a napařování vodivých vrstev

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce sestává ze tří částí, a sice shrnutí teoretických poznatků a podkladů o tenkých vrstvách, jejich vlastnostech a metodách výroby, praktického provedení zadaného úkolu ve formě vytvoření tenkovrstvých struktur a následného změření a vyhodnocení vlastností těchto vrstev. Účelem teoretické části je shrnout základní vědomosti o oboru tenkých vrstev a připravit tak podklady pro část praktickou. Cílem praktické, laboratorní části této práce je připravit struktury tenkých vrstev metodami naprašování a napařování, změřit jejich tloušťku a elektrický odpor a posoudit jak vzájemný vztah mezi těmito veličinami, tak faktory ovlivňující vytváření tenkých vrstev.This bachelor thesis is composed of three parts, namely a summary of theoretical knowledge and background of thin films, their properties and production processes, a practical performance of the task in the form of creating thin-film structures and a subsequent measurement and evaluation of their properties. The purpose of the theoretical part is to sum up basic knowledge about the field of thin films, and in doing so, to prepare the background for the practical part. The goal of the practical, laboratory part of this thesis is to prepare thin-film structures by the means of sputtering and evaporation, to measure their thickness and resistance and to evaluate both their correlation and the factors affecting the creation of thin films.
