Hodnotící metody ve vybrané restauraci rychlého občerstvení

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami hodnocení, které se využívají ve společnosti rychlého občerstvení. Je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá hodnocením pracovníků, systémy a kritérii hodnocení pracovníků. Je zde popsána úloha hodnotitelů, zpětná vazba a analyzovány metody hodnocení pracovníků. V praktické části je analýza systému hodnocení ve společnosti rychlého občerstvení, pro tuto část jsem si vybrala společnost McDonald's.

This bachelor thesis deals with the methods of evaluation which are used in a fast food company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the evaluation of employees, with the systems and the criteria of evaluation. There are described the role of evaluators, the feedback and there are analysed the methods of evaluation in this part. In the practical part there is the analysis of evaluation system in a fast food company, I have chosen the company McDonald's for this part.
