Abstract

V rámci diplomové práce byl vypracován návrh nové budovy ČVUT FIT s ohledem na urbanistické požadavky a potřeby uživatelů. Cílem bylo zlepšit přístupnost Vítězného náměstí, respektovat původní záměr týkající se studentského kampusu a vytvořit harmonické propojení mezi budovami a veřejnými prostory. Návrh vychází z původního záměru architekta Engela ohledně propojení ulice Bechyňova a Šolinova, která měla spojovat náměstí Na Satince a předprostor dejvického kampusu. Aktuálně chybí zakončení této průhledové osy, která by představovala dominantu a vizuálně ji ukončila. Inspirací se stala pracovní metoda architekta Engela, který pracoval s průhledovými osami a jejich zakončením v celé oblasti Dejvic. V navrhovaném projektu byla vizuálně zakončena tato průhledová osa věží nového areálu, která obsahuje přednáškové místnosti a laboratoře. Zároveň byla navržena nová komunikace, která slouží k propojení s Vítězným náměstím. Tímto způsobem se otevírá areál a vytváří se přístupný a atraktivní prostor pro uživatele. Tento návrh představuje komplexní a strategický přístup ke zlepšení urbanistického charakteru Dejvic a respektování původních záměrů. Harmonické propojení budov s veřejnými prostory a estetické provedení přispívají ke kvalitě městského prostředí a splňují současné potřeby uživatelů.Within the framework of the diploma thesis, the design of the new building of the CTU FIT was developed taking into account the urban requirements and the needs of the users. The aim was to improve the accessibility of Vítězné náměstí, to respect the original plan for the student campus and to create a harmonious connection between the buildings and the public spaces. The design is based on the original plan of architect Engel to connect Bechyňová and Šolinova streets, which was to connect Na Satince Square and the Dejvice campus forecourt. Currently, the termination of this transparent axis is missing, which would represent a landmark and visually end it. Inspiration came from the working method of architect Engel, who worked with the sight lines and their termination in the whole area of Dejvice. In the proposed project, this transparent axis was visually terminated by the tower of the new complex, which contains lecture rooms and laboratories. At the same time, a new road was designed to connect to Vítězné náměstí. This opens up the campus and creates an accessible and attractive space for users. This proposal represents a comprehensive and strategic approach to improving the urban character of Dejvice and respecting the original intentions. The harmonious connection of the buildings with the public spaces and the aesthetic design contribute to the quality of the urban environment and meet the current needs of the users.
