Analýza rizik vybraného objektu a model jeho evakuace

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou rizik budovy Domova mládeže Kladno Sosík, zaměřené na identifikaci potenciálních hrozeb a následnou modelací při vyhlášení evakuace budovy. Teoretická část je zpracována pomocí dostupné odborné literatury, kde je tato část soustředěna na definice pojmů, uvedení základní legislativy spojené s tématem bakalářské práce. Dále je zde členění mimořádných událostí a uvedení pojmu evakuace. Zároveň se v této části nachází ucelený a obecný přehled analýzy rizik. Praktická část začíná popisem zkoumané budovy, dále je zaměřená na analýzu bezpečnostních požárních dokumentů a analýzu rizik v softwaru Riskan. Také se zaměřuje na řešení problematiky evakuace pomocí softwarového nástroje Pathfinder. V závěrečné části je navrženo opatření ke snížení pravděpodobnosti vzniku mimořádné události nebo ke zmírnění škod, které by mohly nastat.This thesis deals with the risk analysis of the building of the Youth Home Kladno Sosík, focusing on the identification of potential threats and subsequent modeling in the event of building evacuation. The theoretical part is processed using available professional literature, where this part is focused on the definition of concepts, introduction of basic legislation related to the topic of the bachelor thesis. Furthermore, there is classification of extraordinary events and introduction of the concept of evacuation. At the same time, this part provides a comprehensive overview of risk analysis and assessment. The practical part begins with a description of the examined building, further focusing on the analysis of fire safety documents and risk analysis in the Riskan software. It then addresses the issue of evacuation using the Pathfinder software tool. In the final section, measures are proposed to reduce the likelihood of an extraordinary event occurring or to mitigate any potential damage.
