Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku možnosti investování na finančních trzích pro české domácnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány investiční instrumenty a rozebrány faktory, které jsou s investováním úzce spojeny. Pro každý faktor jsou představeny ukazatele výkonnosti společně s metodikou výpočtu. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout investiční portfolio složené z akciových titulů a dluhopisů rozvinutých ekonomik. Základem tvorby portfolia je práce Harryho Markowitze. Portfolio je vytvářeno na základě předem stanovených kritérií a následně vybrané portfolio je nakoupeno a podrobeno analýze výkonnosti. Obdobím pro sledování výkonnosti jsou první čtyři měsíce roku 2024. Přínosem práce bude dokument pro domácnosti popisující možnosti zhodnocení jejich životních úspor na finančních trzích.
The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of investment opportunities in financial markets for Czech households. In the theoretical part, investment instruments are desribed and the factors that are closely related to investing are discussed. Performance indicators for each factor are presented together with the calculation methodology. The aim of the thesis is to design an investment portfolio consisting of equity and bonds of developed economies. The basis for the portfolio design is the work of Harry Markowitz. The portfolio is constructed based on predetermined criteria and then the selected portfolio is purchased and subjected to performance analysis. The period for performance monitoring is the first four months of 2024. The contribution of the thesis will be a document for households desribing the possibilities to value their life savings in financial markets.
