Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polifunkčního souboru staveb s využitím modrozelené infrastruktury. Území se nachází v městské části Praha 5 (Smíchov). Tématem práce je zatraktivnění současného brownfieldu navržením polyfunkčního souboru s funkcemi jako jsou administrativa, bydlení, hotel a obchod.
The task of the diploma thesis is the design of multifunctional file constructions using the blue-green infrastructure. The territory is located in the city district of Prague 5 (Smíchov). The topic of the work is the attractiveness of the current brownfield by designing a multifunctional set with functions such as administration, housing, hotel and shop.
