Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je zpracovaní projektu rodinného domu pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi. Práce řeší návrh rodinného domu a stavebně-technologický koncept stavby. Pozemek pro návrh domu se nachází v městské části Praha – Lipence, na jižním okraji Prahy. Pozemek je poměrně svažitý k severu, a na sever disponuje výhledem na městskou část Praha – Radotín. Pozemek zakončuje nově vzniklou ulici a je z jižní a východní strany obklopen lesem. Návrh pracuje s výhledy a soukromím konce ulice, je dbáno na rozdělení denní a noční části domu a návaznost vnitřních a venkovních pobytových prostor. Srdcem domu se stává kuchyně, která tvoří centrum společného života rodiny.The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a family house for a family with two children. The scope of the Bachelor thesis is the design and the construction-technological concept of the building. Our plot of land is located in the city district of Praha – Lipence, on the southern edge of Prague. The land is sloping to the north, and has a view of the Praha – Radotín district. The plot ends a newly created street and is surrounded by forest on the south and east sides. The design works with the views and privacy. Day and night part of the house are stricly saparated. Care is taken on connecting interior and exterior living part of the building and garden. The heart of the house becomes the kitchen, which forms the center of the common life of the family.
