Histologie žaludku a jeho vybraných onemocnění

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je popsáno histologické zpracování preparátu žaludeční tkáně s následným porovnáním zdravé žaludeční tkáně s patologickými stavy, konkrétně se jedná o preparáty chronické gastritidy, adenokarcinomu žaludku, gastrointestinálního stromálního tumoru a žaludečního neuroendokrinního tumoru. V teoretické části se práce zabývá anatomií a histologií žaludku. Následně se přesouvá k vybraným patologickým stavům. Práce obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku a rozdělení gastritid, poté se soustředí na chronickou gastritidu způsobenou bakterií Helicobacter pylori. V dalších kapitolách se práce detailně věnuje karcinomu žaludku, konkrétně adenokarcinomu žaludku, neboť se jedná o nejběžnější žaludeční karcinom. Následně navazuje krátká charakteristika gastrointestinálního stromálního tumoru a neuroendokrinních tumorů žaludku. Praktická část popisuje proces přípravy histologického preparátu dle standardních operačních postupů Oddělení patologie v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem. Pokud jde o využité metody, používáme základní barvení Hematoxylin-Eozin, speciální barvení Giemsa a také imunohistochemii, kde jsou využity protilátky detekující Ki-67, CD117, S100, chromogranin A, CD56. Vytvořené výsledné preparáty žaludeční tkáně jsou zde fotograficky zdokumentovány a popsány.This bachelor thesis describes the histological procedure of gastric tissue slide preparation with subsequent comparison of healthy gastric tissue with pathological states, particularly chronic gastritis, gastric adenocarcinoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor and gastric neuroendocrine tumor. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the anatomy and histology of the stomach. Then it describes the selected pathological conditions. The thesis includes general characteristics and classification of gastritis, but then it focuses on chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori. In the following chapters, the thesis discusses gastric cancer in detail, specifically gastric adenocarcinoma, as this is the most common gastric cancer. This is followed by a brief characterization of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and neuroendocrine tumors of the stomach. The practical part describes the process of histological slide preparation according to the standard operating procedures of the Department of Pathology at the Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem. Regarding the methods used, we use basic Hematoxylin-Eosin staining, special Giemsa staining and also immunohistochemistry, where antibodies detecting Ki-67, CD117, S100, chromogranin A, CD56 are used. The resulting gastric tissue preparations are documented and described here.
