Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí studie proveditelnosti navrhnout oddělení biomedicínského inženýrství pro Klatovskou nemocnici, a.s. V rámci práce jsem provedl analýzu současného způsobu řízení péče o zdravotnickou techniku v českých i zahraničních nemocnicích a analýzu zdravotnického trhu zaměřující se na možnosti odborného proškolení nutného k zákonnému provádění servisního zabezpečení. Dále jsem se ve studii věnoval finanční analýze, analýze technického vybavení a analýze rizik projektu.
The aim of this thesis is to propose a feasibility study using the biomedical engineering department for Klatovská nemocnice, a.s. In this thesis I analyzed the current method of management of care for medical equipment in the Czech and foreign hospitals and healthcare market analysis focusing on opportunities in vocational training necessary for lawful implementation of the security service. Furthermore, I study devoted to financial analysis, analysis of technical equipment and risk analysis of the project.
