Analýza kapacity bypassu okružních křižovatek

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá analýzou kapacity bypassů okružních křižovatek v České republice. Cílem práce je navrhnout novou metodiku sloužící k posuzování kapacity bypassů, protože tato metodika v českých podmínkách neexistuje. Stěžejní částí práce je kapitola č. 6, která obsahuje provedené dopravní průzkumy na bypassech okružních křižovatek v ČR, jejich vyhodnocení a charakteristiky nutné pro kapacitní posuzování. Neméně důležitou je kapitola č. 7, obsahující mikrosimulační modely zohledňující různé geometrické uspořádání bypassů. Okružní křižovatky byly modelovány v programu PTV Vissim. Na základě analýzy výsledků získaných z interaktivních modelů byla navržena metodika pro stanovení a posouzení kapacity bypassů okružních křižovatek. Výsledkem disertační práce jsou kapitoly č. 8 - 10, kde je uveden přehled navržených metodik a jejich porovnání se stávajícími předpisy. Poslední částí disertační práce jsou přílohy, obsahující zjištěné charakteristiky na sledovaných křižovatkách a data z programu PTV Vissim.This thesis deals with analysis of bypass capacity of roundabouts in the Czech republic. The aim of this thesis is to devise a new methodology for assessing the bypass capacity, as there is no such methodology in the Czech conditions. The main part of the thesis is the chapter number 6, which contains traffic researches done at the bypasses of roundabouts in the Czech republic, their evaluation and characterization necessary for assessing the capacity. Not less important is the chapter number 7, dealing with microsimulation models taking into account different geometrical layout of bypasses. Roundabouts were designed in the PTV Vissim programme. Based on the analysis of results obtained from interactive models, the methodology for setting and assessing the capacity of bypasses of roundabouts was devised. The result of this thesis are the chapters number 8 - 10 with the summary of devised methodologies and their comparison with present regulations. The last part of the thesis is formed by annexes with the characterization found at the monitored roundabouts and PTV Vissim programme data.
