Využití fyzioterapeutické metody R. McKenzieho: Mechanická Diagnostika a Terapie (MDT) k identifikaci faktických příčin periferní bolesti dolních končetin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metody Robina McKenzieho k identifikaci příčin periferní bolesti dolních končetin a k terapii mechanických poruch bederní páteře. Práce je rozdělena do osmi částí školou doporučených kapitol. V Přehledu současného stavu je zpracována anatomie a kineziologie dané problematiky a je zde představen McKenzie koncept. Dále jsou v této kapitole popsány možné patologie oblastí, které jsou v práci sledovány jako možný zdroj bolestí. V metodické části je charakterizován soubor pacientů, interpretováno zpracování dat a jsou zde popsány vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické cviky. Speciální část obsahuje popis průběhů terapií jednotlivých pacientů zahrnující vstupní a kontrolní vyšetření. Výsledky obsahují výstupní vyšetření. Na základě získaných dat jsou zde výsledky vstupních a výstupních vyšetření porovnány a prezentovány pomocí tabulek a vyhodnoceny slovním popisem. Kapitola Diskuze obsahuje celkové shrnutí práce a jsou zde konfrontovány dosažené výsledky s dalšími zdroji. Část této kapitoly je věnována diskuzi výsledků. V Závěru jsou hodnoceny výsledky a přínos bakalářské práce. Je zde odpovídáno na předem stanovené cíle.

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of Robin McKenzie method on the identification of the causes of peripheral pain of lower extremities and on the therapy of mechanical disorders of the lumbar spine. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, as it was suggested by the university. The Overview of the current state section describes the anatomy and kinesiology of given issue and introduces the McKenzie concept. There are also described possible pathologies of the areas that are observed as possible sources of pain. In the Methodology section, the patient group is identified. Furthermore, the data processing is interpreted, and the examination methods and therapeutic exercises are described. The Special section describes the courses of patient's individual therapies including initial and discharge examinations. The Results section includes discharge examination. Based on the collected data, the results of initial and discharge examinations are compared and presented in tables and evaluated verbally. The Discussion section concludes the work and compares collected data with other sources. Part of this chapter is dedicated to the discussion of the results. In the Conclusion section, the results of the research and the contribution of the thesis are assessed. The pre-determined goals of the thesis are answered.
