Abstract

Řešeným objektem je bytový dům nacházející se v ulici Mečislavova v Nuslích, v Praze 4. Dům je součástí nově vznikající blokové zástavby. Je orientován k východu a západu a má půdorysný tvar obdélníku. Objekt má celkem 6 nadzemních a 2 podzemní podlaží. V přízemí se nachází komerční a společenský prostor. V dalších nadzemních podlažích jsou bytové jednotky. Podzemní podlaží slouží jako skladovací a technické prostory a jsou napojena na podzemní hromadné garáže pod celým vnitroblokem.The proposed building is an apartment building located in Mečislavova Street in Nusle, Prague 4. The house is part of a newly emerging block of buildings. It is oriented to the east and west and has a rectangular floor plan. The building has a total of 6 above-ground and 2 underground floors. On the ground floor there is a commercial and social space. There are residential units on the other floors. The underground floors serve as storage and technical spaces and are connected to underground collective garages under the entire courtyard.
