Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá založením bytového domu v lokalitě brněnského brownfieldu městské části Královo Pole. Předmětem práce je návrh a posouzení vhodných geotechnických konstrukcí zajišťujících stavební jámu. Následně je navrženo hlubinné založení objektu na pilotách. Při návrhu jsou zohledněny stávající suterénní konstrukce původního objektu, okolní zástavba a sítě technického vybavení v přilehlých komunikacích. Součástí práce je popis technologie provádění a příslušná výkresová dokumentace.
Bachelor thesis deals with the foundation of residential building located in Brno brownfield in the town part called Královo Pole. The topic of the thesis is the design and assessment of suitable geotechnical structures supporting the foundation pit. Subsequently a deep foundation of object on piles is proposed. The design takes into account the current basement structures of the former object, the neighbouring housing development and the networks of technical equipment in the surrounding communications. The thesis includes the description of building technology and the relevant design documentation.
