Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá výpočtem kousacích sil na prvních dolních molárech pomocí tenzometrického měření. Na začátku je popsána anatomie žvýkacího aparátu a další metodiky měření žvýkací síly. Následuje popis metody kalibrace snímačů a měření a teorie použitých výpočtů. Poslední část se věnuje samotným výpočtům kalibrace a žvýkací síly.
This final work deals with investigation of masticatory forces on first mandibular mo-lars. For this aim the strain gauges was used. At the beginning the anatomy of masticatory apparatus and other methodologies of measuring of masticatory forces were described. Used methodology of calibration and measurement follows, together with a theory of calculation. The last part is devoted to the calculation of calibration and masticatory forces.
