Fyzioterapie u žen s diastázou břišní stěny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diastázy břišní stěny u žen po porodu přirozenou cestou. Kapitola současný stav je věnována anatomii a kineziologii trupu, funkci hlubokého stabilizačního systému a informacím o etiologii, diagnostice, prevenci a dosavadních léčebných postupech diastázy m. rectus abdominis. Kapitola metodika shrnuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy užité při práci s probandy ve speciální části práce. Speciální část práce je tvořena čtyřmi kazuistikami žen po přirozeném porodu ve věku 30-40 let. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, cíl terapie a rehabilitační plán, podle kterého byly vytvořeny individuální terapeutické jednotky. Závěr každé kazuistiky tvoří výstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Účinky terapie na diastázu a s ní sdružené problémy shrnuje kapitola výsledky.

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of diastasis of the abdominal region after natural child delivery. The chapter Present situation is aimed at anatomy and kinesiology of the main body, the functions of the deep stabilization apparatus and information on etiology, diagnostics, prevention and present therapeutic methods of diastases m. rectus abdominis. The chapter Methodology encapsulates examination and therapeutic methods used for work with probands in a special part of the thesis. The special part of the thesis consists of four cases of women after a natural delivery with the age limit of 30-40 years. It contains their anamnesis, entrance kinesiological analysis, the aim of the therapy and the rehabilitation plan used for making the individual therapeutic units. The closing part of each case is comprised of the final kinesiological examination. The effect of the therapy on the diastasis and on the related problems is covered in the chapter Final results.
