Analýza bezpečnosti objektu SOŠ a SOU Kladno Dubská

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se ochrany objektu SOŠ a SOU, Kladno, Dubská. Cílem práce bylo zhodnocení bezpečnosti tohoto objektu. Jsem si vědom, že existuje více druhů hrozeb, než které ve své práci uvádím. Rozhodl jsem se však zaměřit pouze na vybrané hrozby jako je terorismus, útok, požár, krádež nebo vloupání a tyto druhy uvádím v praktické části práce. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní právní úpravy a obecné pojmy, které souvisí s ochranou objektu. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny základní druhy ochrany objektů a bezpečnostní systémy. V neposlední řadě byla v práci popsána požární ochrana, orgány požární ochrany a povinností právnických a podnikajících fyzických osob. Praktická část se zabývá zabezpečením objektu školy, kde jsou popsány prvky ochrany a jejich zhodnocení. Za použití bezpečnostní analýzy byly nalezeny nejvíce rizikové hrozby, proti kterým byly navrhnuty doporučení a návrhy pro snížení rizika.The Bachelor´s thesis deals with issue of the protection of the Secondary school Dubská in Kladno. The main objective of this Bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the level of safety at this school. Despite the fact that there are far more threats, the thesis is aimed at theft, terrorism, attack, fire and burglary. These kinds of threats are mentioned in the practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the legislation and law regulations. Basics in connection with security and fire safety regulations are also explained. This part also includes description of fire protection, fire protection units and basic safety and health protection responsibilities of legal entities and natural business people. The practical part concentrates on security system used in the school buildings. The fire protection elements are described and evaluated. High risk threats were detected by security analysis and suggestions how to reduce the risk were recommended.
