Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců v organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou tyto personální činnosti popsány na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou uvedeny informace týkající se získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti DURA Automotive, k. s.Na základě získaných výsledků týkající se procesu ve vybrané společnosti byl tento proces porovnán s doporučovaným postupem v odborné literatuře a byla navržena zlepšení a doporučení, která jsou přínosem ke zkvalitnění získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci.
This bachelor thesis deals with selecting and recruiting employees in organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the process of selecting and recruiting employees is described based on expert literature. The practical part focuses on information about selecting and recruiting employees in organization DURA Automotive, k. s. Earned results about the process in this particular organization were compared to recommended expert-literature-based techniques for this process. In the end, improvements and rec-ommendations for the organization that could lead to quality improvement of se-lecting and recruiting employees are suggested.
