Úrazy členů jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů obce a zvýšení jejich bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP)

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Úrazy členů jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů obce a zvýšení jejich bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP). Předmětem práce je analýza úrazů dobrovolných hasičů obce a jako zvolená oblast pro výzkumnou část je zvolen Kraj Vysočina. V úvodu práce je uveden důvod k výběru tématu a autorova motivace k jejímu zpracování. Které jsou klíčové aspekty pro řešení této problematiky a proč zvyšovat bezpečnost u členů jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce (JSDHO). Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vyjasnění základních pojmů a přiblížení důležitých informací o dané problematice. Podrobněji rozebere jednotky požární ochrany, jejich popis, dělení a vše, co se týká tématu práce. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní i kvantitativní výzkumné metody, a to statistická analýza dat, dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Zjištěné informace z těchto metod jsou znázorněny za pomoci grafů, tabulek a stručných výstupů. Za pomoci výzkumné části mohlo dojít ke splnění cíle práce a zhodnocení předem stanovených hypotéz a v neposlední řadě určit, jaká jsou doporučení pro zvýšení bezpečnosti při práci u JSDHO.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of injuries of members of voluntary fire brigade units and increasing their occupational health and safety (OHS). The subject of the thesis is an analysis of injuries of voluntary firefighters. As the geographical research area, the Vysočina Region, Czech Republic, has been selected. In the introduction of the thesis, the reason for the choice of the topic and the author's motivation are given. Subsequently, key aspects to address this issue and why to improve safety among members of volunteer fire brigade units are clarified in this part of the thesis. The theoretical part focuses on defining basic terms and presenting important information about the issue. It discusses in more detail fire brigade units, their description, division and other aspects related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part consists of qualitative and quantitative research methods, namely statistical data analysis, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. The information obtained from these methods is interpreted using graphs, tables and brief outputs. With the help of the research part, it was possible to fulfill the objective of the thesis, evaluate the predefined hypotheses and determine what are the recommendations to improve the OHS among voluntary fire brigade units.
