Návrh důlního transformátoru 1400 kVA v nevýbušném závěru

Abstract

V práci studuji problematiku návrhu a modelování důlního transformátoru s chlazením AN/AN. Důraz je zde kladen zejména na požadavky nízkých ztrát, nároky na možnost působení v prostředí s nebezpečím výbuchu a s tím souvisejícím oteplením transformátoru. K simulacím je použito prostředí ANSYS Maxwell, k tvorbě geometrie modelu software Autodesk Inventor. Teoretický návrh je nejprve realizován geometricky do 3D sestavy, která je pak použita pro modelování ztrát v železe transformátoru a zobrazení příslušných souvisejících průběhů. Následně je diskutováno oteplení transformátoru s ohledem na konstrukci nádoby - nevýbušného závěru, v němž je transformátor umístěn.The thesis is studying problems of design and modeling of mining transformer with AN/AN cooling. The emphasis is placed on the requirements of low loss, claims the pos- sibility of working in the hazardous areas as a electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres. For the simulations ANSYS Maxwell environment is used and for creating the geometry model Autodesk Inventor. At first, the theoretical design is realized geometrically in 3D assembly which is then used for modeling of transformer core losses and related diagrams. Subsequently, heat transfer of the transformer is discussed, focused on the design of the explosion protective hermetically sealed tank, in which the transformer is located.
