Ocenění standardního a pasivního rodinného domu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá oceňováním standardního a pasivního rodinného domu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy použitých metod oceňování a popsání základních znaků a pojmů z oblasti oceňování u standardního a pasivního rodinného domu. V praktické části je zpracováno ocenění konkrétních nemovitých věcí - standardního a pasivního rodinného domu. Dané výsledky oceňování standardního a pasivního rodinného domu jsou porovnávány s náklady na stavbu. Vynaložené vícenáklady na stavbu pasivního domu jsou dále porovnány s úsporami nákladů na energie. Závěrem je zpracováno vyhodnocení, která stavba se více vyplatí z ekonomického hlediska.

The thesis deals with the valuation of a standard and a passive house. The theoretical part explains both the basic terms and principles of used valuation methods as well as a description of the basic features and terms of the valuation in case of a standard and a passive house. In the practical part, the valuation of specific real estates ? a standard and a passive house - is elaborated. The results of a standard and a passive house valuation are compared to the construction costs. The additional costs incurred for the construction of a passive house are further compared to the energy cost savings. The final evaluation discusses which construction is more cost-effective from an economic point of view.
