KUBÁNSKÉ NÁMĚSTÍ - RADNICE PRO PRAHU 10

Abstract

Práca sa zaoberá riešením Kubánského námestia (Praha 10) a návrhom novej radnice v jeho osi. Problematika výstavby nových radničných objektov je v súčasnosti veľmi aktuálnou témou riešenou mestskými časťami, z dôvodu nedostačujúci parametrov pôvodných objektov. Cieľom práce je premeniť pomerne nevyužívaný priestor na mestské centrum. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch základných časti. Prvou je analýza lokality a pozemku. Druhá sa zaoberá samotným návrhom od konceptu až po dispozície, fasády a detaily na objekte. Vo výsledku práca prináša alternatívu riešenia Kubánskeho námestia, ktoré by tak ponúkalo nové funkčné využitie.The thesis deals with the solution of Cuban square in Prague 10 and the plan of a New Town Hall, which is situated in its centre. The issue of the construction of the new town halls is currently very actual mainly because of insufficient parameters of the original buildings in the districts. The main aim of the thesis is to transform the little used area into an urban centre. It is divided into two parts. The first one is the analysis of the location and parcel. The second deals with the design of the Town Hall, its concept, ground plan, facade and the details of the building. The thesis brings an alternative solution to the Cuban Square, which can offer new functional advantage.
