Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací systému pro měření statických charakteristik polovodičových součástek. K měření je využit vývojový kit NUCLEO osazený mikrokontrolérem z řady STM32, který má za úkol provádět měření a odesílat změřené hodnoty nadřazenému PC. Aplikace na nadřazeném PC řídí měření a prezentuje jeho výsledky v grafické podobě. V rámci práce byly vytvořeny programy pro mikrokontrolér a PC. Součástí práce je také sbírka úloh, při jejichž řešení bude systém využit. Hlavním cílem je podpora výuky elektroniky.
The main goal of this thesis is to design and realise a system for measuring DC characteristics of semiconductor components. The measurements are done by an STM32 series microcontroller which measures the desired parameters and sends the results to a parent PC. The parent PC application controls the measurement and presents the results in a graphical form. A firmware for the microcontroller and a PC application were created as a part of this thesis. This thesis also contains a set of laboratory assignments for which the system will be used. The main goal of the project is the support of electronics education.
