Výstavba sportovní infrastruktury a ekonomické modely jejich provozování

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výstavbou sportovní infrastruktury a ekonomickými modely jejich provozování. Její obsah je rozdělen do dvou částí. První část je věnována definici sportu a infrastruktuře v ČR, projektovému řízení, finanční analýze a metodám hodnocení investičního projektu. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, která se zabývá realizací investičního projektu na vybudování sportovní haly, jejich ekonomickými modely a možnostmi provozování. Na závěr jsou uvedeny možné návrhy a doporučení vyplývající z provedené analýzy.This master thesis deals with the construction of sports infrastructure and economic models of their operation. Its content is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the definition of sports and infrastructure in the Czech Republic, project management, financial analysis and methods of investment project evaluation. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which deals with the implementation of the investment project of constructing a sports hall, their economic models and the possibilities of operation. Finally, possible suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analysis are presented.
