Obrobitelnost materiálů a jejich zkoušení

Abstract

Tato bakalářské práce pojednává o problematice obrobitelnosti materiálů a jejich zkoušení. V teoretické části této práce se zabývám základními pojmy souvisejícími s obráběním, charakteristikou řezného procesu, charakteristikou nástrojových materiálů a materiály používanými ve strojírenství. Dále pak obrobitelností materiálů, metodami hodnocení obrobitelnosti a jednotlivými zkouškami obrobitelnosti materiálů. V praktické části této práce vyhodnocuji a porovnávám obrobitelnost dvou materiálů, zkouškou obrobitelnosti vrtáním při konstantním zatížení.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of material working and their testing. In the theoretical part I pay attention to the basic terms related to working, characteristic of cutting process, characteristic of tool materials and materials which are used in mechanical engineering. Then I focus on material working, methods of evaluation of working and particular tests of material working. In the practical part I evaluate and compare working of two particular materials. The comparison is based on the test of working materials by drilling in the process of steady loading.
