Abstract

Ve střetu dvou měst, mezi dvěmi štíty, ve spáře. Ve spáře zrozené z nesouladu. Z nesouladu starého a nového vzniká dům. Dům zacelující spáru, propojující rozdělené. Dům se vstupem tak málo patrným, že by se zdálo, že tam snad ani není. Takovým domem je bytový dům s komunitním centrem sloužícím obyvatelům z této oblasti. Komunitní centrum tvoří prvních 5 pater, které jsou navrženy jako nedělené multifunkční prostory. Další 2 patra jsou tvořena minimálními byty a v posledních 2 patrech se nachází loftový byt s terasou.In the clash of two cities, between two shields, in the seam. A seam born of disharmony. Such a house is a residential building with a community center serving the residents of the area. The community center consists of the first 5 floors, which are designed as undivided multifunctional spaces. The next 2 floors consist of minimal apartments and on the last 2 floors there is a loft apartment with a terrace.
