Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním výcviku strojvedoucích v České republice a zahraničí. V teoretické části je rozebrána evropská a státní legislativa zabývající se výcvikem strojvedoucích a její převedení do praxe u vybraných dopravců. V praktické části je provedeno srovnání tohoto výcviku a je představen obecný návrh změny legislativy České republiky
The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of driver training in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the theoretical part, the European and state legislation dealing with the training of train drivers and its translation into practice in selected carriers is analysed. In the practical part, a comparison of this training is made and a general proposal for a change in the legislation of the Czech Republic is presented.
