Zjišťování geografické distribuce laserových útoků na letadla

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh metodiky pro zjišťování distribuce laserových útoků na letadla. Práce byla zpracovávána na základě hlášeních o laserových útocích, která byla uložena v databázi ÚZPLN. V této práci byla navržena metodika pro zpracování dat z hlášení. Výsledky byly prezentovány formou bodové a teplotní mapy, na základě které je možné vyvozovat závěry ohledně míst, ve kterých dochází k útokům nejčastěji. Závěrem byla zjištěna distribuce útoků nad Českou republikou s koncentrací poloh letadel převažující v okolí velkých letišť jako jsou Praha, Brno a Ostrava. Při sběru hlášení dochází k chybám, které jsou hlavním faktorem ovlivňujícím míru přesnosti této práce, což je zohledněno v hlavních limitacích práce.The main objective of this thesis is to propose a methodology for detecting the distribution of laser attacks on aircraft. The work was based on the reports of laser attacks that were stored in the database of the Air Accidents Investigations Institute. In this thesis, a methodology for processing the data from the reports was proposed. The results were presented in the form of a point and temperature map, based on which conclusions can be drawn regarding the locations where attacks occur most frequently. Finally, the distribution of attacks over the Czech Republic was determined, with the concentration of aircraft locations predominating around major airports such as Prague, Brno and Ostrava. Errors occur in the collection of reports, which is the main factor affecting the level of accuracy of this work, which is reflected in the main limitations of the work.
