Intoxikace alkoholem u dospělých v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá souhrnným pohledem na oblast intoxikace alkoholem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči u dospělých. Intoxikace etanolem představuje významný medicínský i sociální problém, který se týká širokého spektra pacientů napříč věkovými kategoriemi. Bakalářská práce zkoumá klinický obraz, postupy léčby v přednemocniční a následně nemocniční péči a jeho prognózu. Teoretická část se věnuje působení alkoholu na lidský organismus, jeho účinky, riziky a dopady na duševní rovnováhu a fyzické zdraví. V praktické části jsou představeny konkrétní kazuistiky pacientů, kteří byli intoxikováni alkoholem a byli ošetřování v rámci PNP a následně na urgentním příjmu nemocnice Kladno. Kazuistiky jsou následně použity k analýze a popisu komplikací a rizik intoxikovaných pacientů v péči ZZS. Výsledkem teoretické a praktické části je kompilace návrhů, jež by v teoretické rovině mohly přispět k minimalizaci komplikací u takovýchto případů. Porovnáním jednotlivých kazuistik jsou popsána rizika a komplikace v souvislosti s konzumací alkoholických nápojů a následně je navržen postup řešení této problematiky.

This bachelor's thesis deals with a general view of the area of alcohol intoxication in pre-hospital emergency care for adults. Ethanol intoxication represents a significant medical and social problem that affects a wide spectrum of patients across age categories. The bachelor's thesis examines the clinical picture, treatment procedures in pre-hospital and subsequent hospital care and its prognosis. The theoretical part is devoted to the effects of alcohol on the human organism, its effects, risks and impacts on mental and physical health. In the practical part, specific case reports of patients who were intoxicated with alcohol and were treated within the PHC and subsequently at the emergency department of the Kladno hospital are presented. The case reports are subsequently supplemented to analyze the description of complications and risks of intoxicated patients in EMS care. The result of the theoretical and practical part is a compilation of proposals that could theoretically contribute to the minimization of complications in such cases. By comparing individual case reports, the risks and complications related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages are described, and then a procedure for solving this issue is proposed.
