Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se skleníkem v severní části obce Sýkořice v chráněné krajinné oblasti Křivoklátsko. Dům, který je navržen v pasivním standardu, je koncipován pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dvěmi malými dětmi ve věku 5 a 7 let. Celková plocha zastavěná domem činí 260,87 m2, užitná plocha poté 204,9 m2. V projektu je navržena krytá dvojgaráž. Koncept rodinného domu využívá v plné míře jižní svahování terénu; tedy orientaci ke světovým stranám, výhledu do krajiny a v neposlední řadě skleníku umístěného na střeše. Z urbanistického hlediska tvoří zástavba typových domů na zadaném území, které bylo rozděleno na tři zhruba stejné parcely, linii typických venkovských stodol, vymezujících jasné hranice obce. Fasádu tvoří cihelný obklad ve světle šedé barvě, který byl vybrán především proto, že na pilíře venkovských stodol bylo často používáno cihelného materiálu. Z hlediska technické struktury je rodinný dům navržen jako pasivní a snoubí se v něm rysy tradičního vesnického domu, typického pro zástavbu v chráněné krajinné oblasti, s moderními trendy využívajícími obnovitelné zdroje energie.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family house with a greenhouse located in the northern part of the Sýkořice village, part of the Křivoklátsko protected landscape area. The house which is designed in a passive standard, is intended for a four-member family with two young children, 5 and 7 years old. The built-up area of the house is 260.87 m2 in total, with 204.9 m2 as a floor area. The covered double garage which belongs to the house is also presented in the design. The southern sloping terrain is being used to a full extent in the concept of this house, as for the orientation towards cardinal points, for a view of the landscape and last but not least, the greenhouse located on the house roof. From the urbanistic point of view, the standard development of the houses in the given area, divided into three roughly identical parcels, creates the line of the typical rural barns, defining the clear village limits. The facade consists of a brick veneer in the light gray color, which was chosen because the brick material was often used for the pillars of rural barns. From the technical structure point of view, the family house is designed as a passive one, and combines the features of traditional village house, typical for the protected landscape area, with modern trends using renewable energy sources.
