Abstract
K tomu slouží provedené in-situ i laboratorní průzkumy a monitoring mikroklimatu. Konkrétně se jedná o stavebně-technický průzkum doplněný o mykologický průzkum, průzkum vlhkosti a průzkum zasolení zdiva. Získaná data a výsledky jsou dále analyzovány a interpretovány.
Závěrečná část práce shrnuje dosažené poznatky a zdůrazňuje význam správné diagnostiky jako nezbytného předpokladu účinné sanace.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of moisture remediation in masonry, which is a frequent phenomenon, especially in historical buildings. The thesis consists of a theoretical research section summarizing knowledge about the origin of moisture, its negative effects on building structures, and the principles of remediation methods. Both historical and modern approaches to remediation are presented, along with current trends in the diagnostics of damp masonry. The practical part includes two case studies of remediation works carried out on historical buildings. These studies analyse the causes of moisture ingress and describe the implemented measures, including an evaluation of their functionality and effectiveness based on user feedback. This is followed by an in-depth study of a historical building (church in Harakovce, Slovakia) suffering from increased moisture levels. The core of this chapter is the assessment of the buildings technical condition and identification of the causes of dampness and structural deterioration. This is based on in-situ and laboratory surveys as well as microclimate monitoring. Specifically, a building-technical survey is conducted, complemented by a mycological survey, moisture assessment, and salt content analysis of the masonry. The obtained data and results are then analysed and interpreted, forming the basis for a preliminary design of a comprehensive remediation solution. The final part of the thesis summarizes the findings and emphasizes the importance of accurate diagnostics as an essential prerequisite for effective remediation.
