Ochrana perimetru věznice za pomoci bezpilotních prostředků

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Ochrana perimetru věznice za pomoci bezpilotních prostředků" je analyzovat současný stav ochrany perimetru a následně navrhnout koncept ochrany perimetru věznice pomocí bezpilotních letadel. První část obsahuje definice týkající se bezpilotních letadel, jejich rozdělení a popis. Následující část se věnuje legislativě, která je v současné době platná ve vzdušném prostoru České republiky a zároveň legislativnímu rámci, který má sjednotit pravidla pro provoz bezpilotních letadel ve vzdušném prostoru členských států Evropské unie. Třetí část se věnuje vězeňství a zároveň shrnutí současné ochrany perimetru, která je využívána v českých věznicích. Poslední část této práce je věnována návrhu konceptu zabezpečení věznice pomocí bezpilotních letadel, jeho konkrétním příkladům a cenovému zhodnocení.The subject of this bachelor thesis "Protection of prison perimeter by unmanned aerial vehicles" is to analyze the current state of the perimeter protection and subsequently to propose the concept of protection of the prison perimeter using unmanned aircrafts. The first part contains definitions of unmanned aircrafts, their division and decription. The following section deals with the legislation which is currently in use in the Czech airspace and simultaneously with the legislative framework which is to unite the rules for operation of unmanned aircrafts in the airspace of member states of the European Union. The third part deals with the penitentiary as well as a summary of the current protection of the perimeter which is used in the Czech prisons. The last part of this thesis is dedicated to the proposal of the concept of prison security using unmanned aircrafts, its particular examples and price appreciation.
