Fyzioterapeutická intervence s účelem celkového zlepšení chůze u pacienta s neurodegenerací asociovanou s pantotenát–kinázou (PKAN)

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přiblížení tématu fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta s neurodegenerací asociovanou s pantotenát kinázou s cílem celkového zlepšení chůze. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o neurodegeneraci asociované s pantotenát kinázou, její rozdělení, klinické příznaky tohoto onemocnění, diagnostika, etiopatogeneze, možnosti léčby i anatomie bazálních ganglií a jejich funkce. V kapitole metodologie jsou zmíněné vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly v průběhu terapií využity. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s tímto onemocněním, jeho vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a popsané jednotlivé individuální terapeutické jednotky. Porovnáním vstupních a výstupních dat je objektivně zhodnocen efekt terapie. V kapitole diskuze jsou porovnávány zahraniční studie s použitým terapeutickým přístupem a popsány vlastní zkušenosti získané při zpracování bakalářské práce.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to explore the topic of physiotherapeutic intervention in a patient with pantothenate kinase associated neurodegeneration with the aim of improving overall gait. The theoretical part describes the basic information about pantothenate kinase associated neurodegeneration, its classification, clinical symptoms of this disease, diagnosis, etiopathogenesis, treatment options as well as the anatomy of the basal ganglia and their function. In the methodology chapter, the investigative and therapeutic procedures that have been used in the course of the therapy are mentioned. In a special section, a case report of a patient with this disease, his initial and outcome examinations and the individual therapeutic units are described. By comparing the input and output data, the effect of the therapy is objectively evaluated. The discussion chapter compares foreign studies with the applied therapeutic approach and my own experience gained during the preparation of my bachelor thesis.
