Abstract
Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje vyhodnocovaniu kvalít a porovnániu zvarových spojov vysokolegovanej nehrdzavejúcej austenitickej ocele. Vzorky boli vyrobené z totožného materiálu AISI 316L. Následne boli porovnané vzorky zváraných spojov valcovaných trubiek so zvarovými spojmi 3D tlačených dielov vyrobených metódou DMLS.
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the qualities and comparison of welded joints of high-alloy stainless austenitic steel. The samples were made of the same material, AlSi 316L. Subsequently, samples of welded joints of rolled pipes were compared with welded joints of 3D-printed parts produced by the DMLS method. All welding joints were made using the TIG method (butt circumferential welds were created). The welding was followed by a macroscopic inspection of the weld joints. An analysis of the chemical composition using electron microscopy and hardness measurement using the Vickers method was also carried out. Attention was also paid to the behavior of individual welded materials during the welding process. The goal was to find out if the TIG method is suitable for welding 3D-printed parts and to describe what differences in mechanical properties will arise from welding ordinary rolled semi-finished products from austenitic stainless steel.
